I hate escalators.
Hate.
They cause me such anxiety.
One of the top 10 most stressful moments in my life occurred because I was on an escalator, ordering a pizza and trying to pay over the phone with my credit card.
(for those of you who are not familiar with the DC metro system, we have some intense metro escalators. Intense.)
I almost had a stroke.
Sounds stupid I know.
